I just purchased this blind from Select Blinds and after putting it up, realized I should have ordered an outside mount shade. This is a brand new item —the blind is made for an inside mount. It is fully lined for privacy and has a cord for adjusting. The price for this shade is over $200 and I will be ordering this exact blind in a size that will better fits my window.
