The first time you close/open the curtain, please DO NOT use remote or anything else to control it. The system will automatically adjust the stop position. If it fails, please upplug and reset the motor. You might also check the tension of the belt and tighten the belt if it is loose. What if I need dual-track system? A: Dual track requires two sets of curtain systems (simply align them side by side) so each of them can operate individually. But you can use one remote to control both of them simultaneously using the same control channel. Note that if you plan to do wall mounting for dual tracks, you would need dual wall mounting brackets which are different from the single wall brackets included in the package. Can I set up the curtain to open from center and later open from left/right? Or, can I control both sides of the curtain individually for central opening? A: No. You must choose the opening mode before installation. After installation, the opening mode is fixed. If you want to change the opening mode, you would need to reinstall it.
