You are buying 1 handmade window topper valance made by me. It measures 42″ wide x 16″ long. This is cotton fabric and should wash and dry nicely. This has a 1″ top header and fits a 1″ white rod pocket rod. This has a light gray background with fancy, round flowers in coral, teal green, and yellow. Very pretty. A rule of thumb, the curtain should be 1 1/2 -2 times the width of the window for fullness. This is shown on a 36″ door using 1 valance and showing 2 valances for fullness. The surface must be clean, dry, and void of any foreign article and material such as dirt, oil, grease or other contaminants.2. Avoid painting dark colors in area of direct sunlight.General brands such as Sherwin Williams, Behr, Glide, etc. are all suitable.3. Always use paint with Light Reflective Value (LRV) of 55 or higher.4. If paint darker color (LRV of 54 or lower), Vinyl safe paintor paints specifically designed for such application must be used.5.
