Please review the pictures carefully for more details.Additional Notes: From RLF Home, Luxurious Home Furnishings, a Hartford Connecticut interior design firm established in 1985. These were made in Hartford.The Empire Valance is styled with scoops, bells, jabots and a rod pocket. The scoops are the shaped swag sections, the bells separate the scoops, the jabots are the long side sections. The rod pocket carries the curtain rod.In addition, these valances feature double-layers of contrasting fabrics. The top layer is embellished with trim that rises above the rod pocket and finished in rope piping, and fine fringe along its bottom edge. The bottom layer reveals a contrasting fabric underskirt of red checkers against the paisley top layer, a surprising and pleasing combination of rustic elegance.Approximate dimensions: Scoops 22” long overall including top trim above rod pocket, Jabots 31” long overall, Rod Pocket 3”Fabric Content: 100% cotton fabric, cotton blend back, Rayon trim, dry clean only (these appear clean)Rod Options: Decorative pole with finials or Continental rodThis valance is made to fit windows according to the number of scoops.
