Vintage Classic Ball Fringe Panel Pairs, Tier Pairs, Valances and Tiebacks WHITE
This classic ball fringe design in White is done on a 50/50 Cotton/Polyester blend. The tier and panel pairs feature ball fringe on the bottom and one side hem. This allows you to hang the tiers or panels with the band of fringe on the inside of the widow meeting in the middle or hanging them reversed to place the ball fringe on the outer edges of the window. The valance has the same ball fringe along the bottom hem. All rod pockets are a standard 1″ with a 1″ header for a clean look.
